The brand's original boxes are designed for protection and presentation, but they do not function as airtight containers. If the jewelry remains stored unused for a long time, it may undergo natural color changes due to exposure to air.
Whenever possible, store items individually, preferably in dedicated bags, to minimize contact with air and prevent scratches.

How long does a gold-plated piece of jewelry last?
We cannot guarantee that our gold-plated jewelry will remain gold forever.
Like any gold-plated item, wear and tear is natural and can occur over time. Its lifespan depends mainly on use and contact with factors such as water, perfumes, chemicals, perspiration, and friction.
With proper care, it's possible to preserve the finish for longer.

How do I use a promotional code?
The promotional code must be entered in the indicated field at checkout, before finalizing payment. The discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid. Only one code per order is allowed, unless otherwise specified by the campaign.

Changes to the delivery address can only be considered before the order is shipped. After shipment, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier, and no modifications can be guaranteed.
