1. Application Submission
To begin the official technical assistance process, please fill out the form below with your information and the part details.
Please provide your full name, contact information, customer type (individual or store), item type, approximate purchase date, and reason for the order. If representing a store, please also include the store's details and the contact person's information.
After submission, our team will carefully review your request and contact you to indicate the next steps in the process.
2. Preparation for Shipment
After the order is validated, we will send an email to the contact information provided with detailed instructions and the address where the jewelry should be sent.
The item should be carefully prepared for shipping. Use packaging that provides adequate protection, preferably wrapping the jewelry in bubble wrap or padded material to prevent movement and impacts during transport. Whenever possible, avoid boxes or packaging identified with the brand, for greater discretion and security.
Include inside a document with your full name, complete address, contact phone number, email address, and the Assistance Protocol number delivered in the validation email.
3. Reception and Quality Control
After receiving the piece, we perform a technical inspection and quality control to assess its structural condition, finish, and components. Based on this analysis, we send a quote for possible interventions, including, when necessary, the replacement of natural stones.
Depending on the needs identified in the technical assessment, the piece may undergo specialized professional cleaning, technical polishing, refinishing, replating with 18K gold when applicable, and application of appropriate final protection for the metal.
Each intervention is carried out meticulously, fully respecting the original design and brand identity. Items within the warranty period will be evaluated according to the brand's official conditions and will be classified according to the applicable terms.
4. Final Control and Return
After the intervention is complete, the piece undergoes another rigorous quality control process, ensuring that all the brand's technical and aesthetic standards have been met before being shipped to the indicated address. The completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the necessary intervention and the volume of work in the studio at the time of receipt.
